Tameer-e-Millat City of Education (TMCE), mega project of Tameer-e-Millat Foundation (TMF), is located at Village Ratwal Road, Tehsil Fateh Jang, District Attock, Punjab. TMCE spans over 450+ acres to provide quality educational opportunities in all disciplines.

In 1993, Maj. (Retd.) Muhammad Ikram, was set to retire from his military career, established a primary school for education of poor children in Village Ratwal of Tehsil Fateh Jang. For this noble cause, local landlords contributed by donating 16 Kanals land for school. He was motivated to educate children of working class in adjacent small villages. With this, Maj. (Retd.) Muhammad Ikram planted the seed of Tameer-e-Millat City of Education.

In 1996, this primary school was affiliated with TMF to enhance managerial and operational activities. School name was changed to Tameer-e-Millat Model School. With the idea to educate poor children, the foundation of Tameer-e-Millat City of Education was laid in year 2000 and more land was acquired to establish more educational institutions. The troublesome administration task of purchasing and ownership transferring land was done by Late Muhammad Salah Mirza. His undeniable services will always be remembered in history of City of Education.

Tameer-e-Millat City of Education was envisioned to become center of quality education in Pakistan. Despite scarcity of resources for laying down foundations of a residential school at the City of Education, TM School of Excellence for Boys was established in April 2002 with hard work of Hafiz. Prof. Dr. Muhammad Ata. The school started its academic operations for provision of higher secondary level education.

Keeping in view the importance of Technical and Vocational Training, Tameer-e-Millat Foundation started its first, institute of technology in year 2006 by untiring efforts of by untiring efforts of Engr. Cmdr. (Retd.) Muhammad Rafiq Awan. Separate buildings for academic and workshop blocks with state of the art labs were constructed for various technologies for three year diploma.

In addition to educational and residential facilities, the 450+ acres campus houses vast fruit gardens, dairy farm, fish farm, and water dam are self-reliance projects which not only add to the beauty of landscape but provide quality meal to students. Central Library, School Health System and Mosque & Islamic Centre serve for peripheral needs of TMCE.
